Welcome to All My Nosh! My name is Don Embuldeniya. All My Nosh started when I decided to combine my interest in photography and food into a neat little package. This blog has also become an outlet for what has become an increasingly serious interest in baking sweet treats, making small batch jams, and learning photography.

All My Nosh is also a milestone in a long and winding journey. After I completed high school, I didn’t know what my future profession would be. I started my adult life working in the hospitality industry, thinking that it would be a possible spring board to something else. Along the way, I lived in Europe, the USA, and Canada. After some years, as I was running out of options about my future, I decided to pursue higher education at the university level. So public policy and international development became my chosen career path. Fast forward, now I am a public servant in Canada. The passion for food is the only thing that has remained constant throughout this time. So, recently, I picked up my passion for food, and started dabbling in baking and pastry arts.

All My Nosh is one of my creative outlets. It will continue to evolve, and I am not certain where it will end up. So thank you for stopping by and I hope you enjoy reading All My Nosh.
